Ingredients
- 3 oz coconut milk
- 2 oz lime syrup
- 1 oz ginger beer
- 2 oz sparkling water or soda water
- 3-4 large mint leaves
- 1 cup ice for shaking
- 1 cup ice for servings
- 1 Jane & Juice 'Synchronicity’ Ampoule
- Mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- Add coconut milk, lime syrup, Jane & Juice ‘Synchronicity’ Ampoule and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
- Add serving ice to a tall glass.
- Pour the drink into the tall glass while straining out the ice.
- Top off the drink with ginger beer and sparkling water/soda water.
- Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds
