Cannabis Infused Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 9 large cookies | Prep time: 25 mins | Cook time: 15 mins

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour

• 1 cup rolled oats

• 1/2 cup melted cannabis butter

• 1/2 cup brown sugar

• 3/4 cup white granulated sugar

• 1 tbsp maple syrup

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 egg

• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

• 1/2 tsp baking soda

• 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375F.

2. Combine the brown and white sugar into a large bowl.

3. Add the melted cannabis butter to the sugars and mix well.

4. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until your wet mixture is well combined.

5. Take a sifter, and sift the flour, cinnamon, and baking soda into the wet ingredients.

6. Using a silicone spatula, gently fold the dry ingredients to the wet.

7. Add the chocolate chips and oats.

8. Gently fold in the ingredients together.

9. Using an ice cream scoop, or you use your hands if you don’t have one - scoop or roll the dough into balls 2 inch diameter thick. This will give you big cookies that are super satisfying to break off. Place the dough balls onto a non-stick baking sheet or any pan with parchment paper.

10. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes. Once the cookies start to brown, remove them from the oven.

11. Allow the cookies to cool before enjoying.

Tip: Store the cookies in a glass container. Whenever you want to enjoy a cookie, microwave it for 15-20 seconds to re-soften the cookie.
