- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz ginger ale
- 2 oz sparkling water
- 1 oz elderflower syrup
- Dash of pear bitters
- 1 cup ice for shaking
- 1 Jane & Juice ‘Gold Rush’ Ampoule
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Combine pear juice, lemon juice, elderflower syrup, pear bitters, and Jane & Juice ‘Gold Rush’ in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
- Pour the drink into a tall champagne glass and top off with ginger ale and sparkling water.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
