This Cannabis-Infused Chai Latte is elevated to new heights with our specialty-infused whipped cream. This extraordinary beverage marries the comforting flavours of traditional chai with the therapeutic benefits of cannabis, all enveloped in a cloud of decadent whipped cream.

Ingredients

Masala Chai
  • 5 cardamom pods
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1-2 star anise
  • 5-7 peppercorns
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups your milk of choice (I like oat or soy)
  • 2-3 tbsps sweetener of choice (I like maple syrup or date syrup)
  • Ice
Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cannabis oil
  • Optional: cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Crush the dry ingredients together using a muddler or a high speed blender
  2. Add water and milk to a pot and bring to a simmer
  3. Once the liquid starts to simmer, add dry ingredients
  4. Simmer with lid on for 8-10 minutes
  5. Turn off the heat and strain out the dry ingredients from the liquid.
  6. Using a food processor or blender, combine whipping cream, maple syrup and cannabis oil together. Whip until the cream becomes a thick fluffy texture.
  7. Add ice to a tall beverage glass.
  8. Pour masala chai directly onto the ice.
  9. Garnish with the cannabis-infused whipping cream and cinnamon powder.
