Cannabis Infused Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam Espresso Mocktini

This delightful, non-alcoholic mocktail combines the rich, aromatic flavours of espresso with a velvety pumpkin-infused cream cold foam, making it a seasonal sensation you can savour guilt-free.

Ingredients

Espresso Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz non-alcoholic spirit
  • 1.5 oz or 3 oz espresso
  • 1 cup Ice
Cannabis Infused Cold Foam Ingredients
  • ¼ cup half-and-half cream
  • 1 tbsp cannabis infused oil
  • ½ tbsp pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Optional Garnishes
  • 3 Espresso beans
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon 

Instructions

  1. Make a shot or two of espresso.
  2. Add espresso, non alcoholic spirit and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake for 1 minute until the espresso is foamy.
  3. Using an electric whisk or frother, combine heavy cream, infused oil, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  4. Pour espresso into a martini-like glass, top with cold foam, and garnish with espresso beans or cinnamon powder.
